Here's a support email for which you can create some more content: Hi all,
This is Chuck from Safari support. Thanks for taking the time with us to run diagnostics today. Based on what we saw during the phone call we believe there may be an internal security policy related to the VPN/Network that may be blocking ZIP file uploads. Here’s details about a request that was rejected:
Request URL: https://api.safarilaw.com/lpms/documentRequests/502150054010691584/attachments/bd6a30316de145c4953482ec530ad7dc Request Method: PATCH Request Accept: */* Request Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate, br Request Accept-Language: en-US,en;q=0.9 Status Code: 403 MediaTypeBlocked Remote Address: :80
The file type was a .zip file.
Please note that when Corey disconnected from the VPN he was able to complete the upload without errors. I also noted that none of the requests reached our API server, which suggests a blocking security policy. When Corey uploaded a PDF, he was able to complete the upload without errors even while the VPN was connected.
It may also be important to know that Corey had a similar blocking experience while working within the office.
Let us know if you need any additional details from us, and please let us know if a remediating action has been taken. Thank you, Chuck
